The Conference is organized jointly by IUFRO Division 5, the Faculty of Forestry at the University of British Columbia, FPInnovations, and the Society of Wood Science and Technology. In recognition of the pressing global need for the forest sector to be a leader in sustainability, diversification, and innovation, the theme of the 2017 IUFRO Division 5 Conference is: Forest Sector Innovations for a Greener Future.
