[IUFRO Div 5] Faculty position in Sustainable Business Management at the University of British Columbia

Faculty Position in the Department of Wood Science Applications are invited for a faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level (tenure-track) in Sustainable Business Management with an appointment in the Department of Wood Science, Faculty of Forestry at The University of British Columbia. A PhD degree and evidence of excellence in research, and the potential to become a very effective teacher of undergraduate students and mentor to graduate students are required for this professorial appointment. Preference will be given to energetic and visionary candidates who show promise or accomplishments in one or more of the following areas: - The evolving role of business in creating sustainable futures; - Transformative business strategies in the emerging global bioeconomy; - Sustainable business management within a natural resources context; - Strategic business practices and competition in the global forestry and bioeconomy sectors.
