For those of you who are not in Stockholm, there is the *possibility to
participate on-line*. The meeting room has not videoconference services but
we will open an on-line meeting using a personal videoconference device
(Jabra micro/speakers) to get you connected, if you wish so. We are not
sure about the quality of the connection, but we will do our best to
facilitate your participation in the meeting (Marjana Westergren, one of
the Division Deputy Coordinators has agreed to take care of on-line
participants).

4. Action plan for new period (2024-2029): planned conferences and
workshops, opinion papers, integration of early-career researchers.
5. Constitution of Task Force for development of the Division 2 video.
6. Presentation of different on-going large collaborative research
projects.
Please, *let me know if you want to add any item or if you would like to
present any of your projects as part of the last item*.

Dear IUFRO Division 2 community,
Our next Division 2 Administrative Meeting will take place during the
IUFRO World Congress in Stockholm, on *Thursday June 27th, Room K12, at
18:00-20:00 CEST*.
The meeting room has not full videoconference capabilities, but we will
try to set up a Zoom meeting so that colleagues on-line can follow the
meeting too.
A fist list of topics to deal with are:
