Hello Forest Entomology colleagues, Here are two announcements regarding deadlines for the meetings this summer in South Africa: 1) The early registration for the IUFRO forest entomology conference ( http://www.fabinet.up.ac.za/iufro703/index ) in Pretoria 1 - 5 July, just prior to the International Congress of Entomology (ICE), has been extended until 14 March (after that date, registration fees increase substantially). We can only accommodate a limited number of attendees and there are only a few slots left open so please register soon at http://www.fabinet.up.ac.za/iufro703/regform . 2) The deadline date for receipt of abstracts for the ICE, 6-12 July, Durban, has been extended to 6 March 2008.
