[IUFRO RG 7.03 FORENT] PhD-pos.; Diversity-Stability; Forest insects

A PhD position in Ecology, Forest Entomology is available at the Department of Ecology, SLU, Uppsala. The PhD student will be working in a project that connects ecological theory to practical forestry. Within the project bottom-up and top-down effects of increased diversity will be examined using a pest insect, Neodiprion sertifer, the European Pine Sawfly. The research will involve observational and experimental fieldwork.
