In this project we aim at investigating the effects of urbanisation on taxonomic and functional diversity of foliar fungal endophytes of trees using a third-generation sequencing approach. The project will be conducted in collaboration with the experts from the COST Action Urban Tree Guard<https://ub3guard.eu/>.
