For those interested in and/or working with tropical fungi, I am pleased to inform you that the first comprehensive checklist of Malaysian fungi was recently published, details as below: Lee SS, Alias SA, Jones EGB, Zainuddin N & Chan HT (2012) Checklist of Fungi of Malaysia. The book is accompanied by a CD containing an Appendix by P.M. Kirk listing all the cultures and fungal herbarium material from Malaysia deposited in the CABI collection.
