[IUFRO Div 7] International Workshop on Wood Structure and Ecophysiology (WES) - Naples, 17-19 April 2013

Dear friends and colleagues, We would like to inform you about the upcoming International Workshop on Wood Structure and Ecophysiology (WES) that will take place in Naples, on 17-19 April 2013, in combination with the II Meeting of the Cost-Action "STReESS - Studying Tree Responses to extreme Events: a SynthesiS" (that will be held on 15-16 April 2013). The Workshop will cover all contemporary key aspects of the wood structure integrated with Tree Biology. We aim to bring together experts working on different aspects of wood: xylogenesis and cambial phenology, phylogenesis and ecololgical wood anatomy, ecophysiology and tree-growth modeling.
