[IUFRO RG 7.02 FORPATH] Division 7 participation in the Russian Regional Congress

Dear All, As you are aware, IUFRO has planned a Regional Congress in Russia from September 23 - 25, 2022. Due to the events that are unfolding in Ukraine, the leadership team of Division 7 has informed IUFRO headquarters that we will not be participating in the congress, either in person or remotely. This message is to inform you of the stance that we have taken within Division 7. IUFRO Headquarters is currently developing a response for this situation that will speak for all of IUFRO.
