Scion is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Scientist - Molecular Forest Pathologist.
This role will undertake fundamental and applied research that aims to protect New Zealand's planted and indigenous forests.
The scope of the position is quite broad and could include population genetics, functional genomics, plant-pathogen interactions, systematics, diagnostics, and molecular control tools.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build a body of impactful research in these areas.
