[IUFRO Div 8] REMINDER - Call for symposia deadline - Forest Biodiversity Conference Ireland 2012

Dear all, On behalf of the organising committee I would like to remind you that the call for symposia deadline (28th February 2011) is approaching for the Second IUFRO International conference on Biodiversity in Forest Ecosystems and Landscapes http://www.ucc.ie/en/iufro2012/: It is also now listed on the IUFRO events page http://www.iufro.org/events/calendar/ This conference will build on the success of the first IUFRO International Conference on Biodiversity in Forest Ecosystems and Landscapes which was held in Kamloops in 2008. It will aim to provide an international forum for researchers, practitioners and students to discuss the challenges of maintaining and enhancing biodiversity in forests, and consider emerging trends in the sustainable management of forest ecosystems and landscapes. The conference will be held at University College Cork, Ireland in August 2012. We look forward to seeing you there!
