The 28th IUFRO conference for Specialists in Air Pollution and Climate
Change Impacts on Forest Ecosystems, entitled “Actions for Sustainable
Forest Ecosystems under Air Pollution and Climate Change”, will be held at
Tokyo
University of Agriculture and Technology, Fuchu, Tokyo, Japan on October
22-26, 2017.
The aims of conference is to provide state-of-the art scientific knowledge
about the interaction of forest ecosystems with air pollution and climate
change to clarify prospects for future research with an ultimate goal of
improved health, sustainability and productivity of forests worldwide

Scientific excursion
We will visit Man-made forest in Meiji-shrine in the afternoon of 22
October (pre-excursion)
and Mt. Fuji and surrounding forest on 26 October (post-excursion)

Immediately before the conference, the same location will host the third
Asian Air Pollution Workshop (20-22 October, 2017)
