Driving all way: The problem is that there is a Russian enclave between southern Lithuania and northern Poland, so you will have to drive around it, crossing the whole Poland, and there is no cross-country highway. Yet, after passing Polish – Lithuanian border there will be a highway to Palanga, about 350 km. This way could probably be recommended to our Polish colleagues.
