The Forum is associated with the “International Union of Forest Research Organizations” (IUFRO) - Urban Forestry Research Group. Participants come from across Europe, as well as from other parts of the world. The forum exists since 1998 and meets yearly. The event is an important gathering of national and international urban forestry expertise providing an opportunity for practitioners, researchers and policy makers to share experience and good practice.
