The ETN Skill-For.Action project, funded by the European Commission under
the Horizon 2020 program (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions - Innovative
Training Network), is currently recruiting a total of 12 fully-funded
Early-Stage Researchers (ESRs) who can enroll in PhD programs in
participating institutions.
ETN Skill-For.Action will provide students with high-quality training and
innovative research opportunities, as well as financial support for
travel. Among the twelve positions, the following six are related to
Forest Operations and Forest Engineering:

The ETN Skill-For.Action project integrates the fundamental research in
forest ecology and applied science of forest engineering, which is crucial
for a complete understanding of carbon dynamics in forest management. The
main project goal is to provide high-level training and education in
adaptive and integrative forest management under global changes to a new
generation of ESRs for a successful career in the forest sector and natural
resources management.
