Dear Colleague,
This is a reminder for those who have not already registered that the early registration
deadline for the IUFRO 3.08 Small-Scale Forestry Symposium is April 1, 2009. I hope you
will make your registrations soon as the registration cost increases after this date. A
link to online registration can be found at:
http://ssf09.com/.
Also, if you are interested in attending the pre-conference workshops on "Asking the
right questions: A workshop on designing qualitative research" with Dr. John Bliss or
"Internet, Mail and Mixed-Mode Surveys: The Tailored Design Method" with Dr.
Don Dillman, please register as soon as possible. After April 1st, we will begin
advertising these workshops to other researchers and these workshops can take a limited
number of participants.
The post-conference tour is also somewhat limited, so be sure to sign up if interested!
Please note that there is an accompanying persons registration for the conference portion
of the symposium that includes lunches, field trip, BBQ dinner, and Dinner Cruise. See
registration form for details.
We are looking forward to a very productive symposium. So far we have abstracts from 25
different countries.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
Best regards,
