IUFRO Division 9 and 09.05 conference on:
"Forest-related policy and governance: Analyses in the environmental social
sciences"
This international scholarly conference aims to be the global scientific hub for
forest-related social sciences research, including studies on forest-related empirical
fields, such as, e.g. agriculture. It will take stock of the latest scientific
advancements in the fields of forest-related policy analyses, as well as wider
forest-related governance studies from fields, such as, e.g. political science, sociology,
anthropology, human geography, regional development, economics, psychology, environment,
forest history, legal studies, as well as livelihood and tenure analyses. It strives to
include theoretical, methodological and full-blown empirical contributions from around the
globe in topical sessions.
