COFE 2011 Quebec City June 12 - 15 2011
The preliminary program is now available. Five prestigious keynote speakers are confirmed. Over 40 technical papers will be presented (forest engineering, biomass procurement, value chain optimization,...).
Conference package includes a banquet, two luncheons, and a field trip emphasizing challenges and opportunities of small-tree harvesting. The field trip will feature harvesting operations on sensitive sites, a life-size road construction lab, a newly designed timber bridge made entirely of engineered-wood products, and much more.
A spouse tour has been added to the program. Scheduled for Tuesday, June 14th, the tour will offer an exploration of Old Quebec (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), guided tours of the Parliament building and the Citadel museum, and lunch at L'Astral panoramic restaurant.
Register by April 15th for early-bird pricing. Combine COFE and VCO registration for discounted access to both events.

On behalf of the Conference Steering Committee, IUFRO and the Transportation
Research Board (TRB) are pleased to invite you to the 10th International
Conference on Low-Volume Roads, to be held July 24-27, 2011, in Orlando,
Florida, USA.
