[IUFRO Div 9] International Conference 2020 "Governing and managing forests for multiple ecosystem services"_ call for papers is OPEN!

Dear colleagues, Please find attached the call for papers for the conference "Governing and managing forests for multiple ecosystem services across the globe", held in Bonn, Germany, from 26-29 February 2020. Governing and managing forests for multiple ecosystem services has been an important paradigm for a long time. This conference aims at compiling and synthesising the scientific evidence related to the current state of integrated forest management approaches including those at a global scale. The international conference is a joint effort of several research projects and 13 research institutions. We hope to welcome around a hundred scientists for insightful discussions across disciplines and engaging sessions that also include policymakers. Different session formats are included in the programme, such as plenary sessions with selected keynote talks and debates, scientific parallel sessions, high-level policy discussions, and a science-policy-practice event held in the nearby forest.
