Below you will find more information about registration, conference opening, the fieldtrip and the gala dinner. The full programme is now live (see below), featuring an incredible lineup of sessions, speakers, and events. Registration opens on Sunday at 5pm and there will be a welcome event with food and beverage, a great chance to connect with your colleagues. We’ve also included a link for making the most of your time in Rotorua. We can’t wait to see you there! There will be food and beverage available. Please note that registration will open on Monday before 8.30am. https://iufro2025conference.wordpress.com/ ** Conference opening ------------------------------------------------------------ On Monday, the conference will be opened with a traditional Māori welcome by local iwi (tribe) Ngāti Whakaue. Please assemble in the foyer of the Novotel by 8.20am. After this time you will not be able to enter the room. A bus will depart from the Novotel at 5.45pm. The dinner is included in the full conference package. The bus will return to the Novotel at 10pm.
