The conference theme is 'Optimising timber production, ecosystem
services and resilience to climate change'. The conference lasts for 5
days between 12 and 16 November, including a one day in-conference tour.
In addition, there will also be a post conference tour 17-23 November
that will focus on uneven-aged silviculture in temperate
conifer-broadleaved hardwood and Nothofagus forests.
The conference organiser is Dr Glenn Stewart and his comment is 'this
will be a great meeting!'.
Please note that the website gives an indication of times, costs, what
is being offered, etc. The registration page and other details will be
added shortly.
I look forward to meeting you in New Zealand later this year.
Best wishes,
Gary
