On behalf of the scientific committee and conference organizers, University of Zagreb, Faculty of Forestry and IUFRO Unit 4.05.00 – Managerial economics and accounting organising International Conference: SUSTAINABLE FOREST MANAGEMENT FOR THE FUTURE - the role of managerial economics and accounting. The conference will take place in Zagreb, Croatia, May 10-12, 2018.
The post-conference tour will be in the National park Plitvička jezera.

Dear Colleagues,
IUFRO’s 125th Anniversary Congress aimed to provide a platform for the exchange of scientific knowledge and a dialogue across the full range of forest-related topics and scientific disciplines. This call for a special issue of Open Agriculture is focused on the topics covered in a number of sessions organized by Working Group 4.05.00 and Division 4. Manuscripts of papers presented at the Freiburg conference or other manuscripts related to these topics are welcome.
