Abstract submission will open on Feb. 1, 2013, and the deadline for abstracts is May 15, 2013. The early registration fee (before May 15, 2013) is $430, and the student rate is $380. A limited number of student travel awards are available to students at Canadian universities from the CFGA. Several CFGA and WFGA prizes will also be awarded for the best oral and poster presentations by students. The meeting will start with a reception the evening of Monday, July 22, and end late afternoon on Thursday, July 25th.
