Registration Fees are as follows:
Early-Bird Registration (before Dec 31, 2013) – USD$500
Late Registration (after Dec 31, 2013) – USD$550
Accompanying Person - USD$200
Registration fees includes: Abstracts Publication, Program Book, Conference Kit, Entry to Opening Ceremony and all technical Sessions, Welcome Reception, Mid-conference Tour and Conference Dinner.
The optional Post- conference tour will fly participants from Hue to Hanoi, overnight in Hanoi with a free afternoon for city touring on Saturday March 22nd before departing for the Ba Vi field research
station of the Vietnamese Academy of Forestry on the morning of Sunday 23rd.
The tour will inspect the research nursery and various acacia research trials demonstrating aspects of tree breeding, propagation and silviculture. After lunch, we will inspect local wood processing industries
that use acacia wood, and overnight in a hotel near Ba Vi.
On Monday 24th there will be a visit to nearby Ba Vi Mountain and National park, for a presentation on natural forest ecology followed by a short walk along trails though the native forest. After
lunch, the tour will return to Hanoi by 4 pm where the tour finishes.
