Our meeting date draws closer. As you remember, the virtual meeting
takes place on the*23rd of June, 12:00-14:00 GMT/UTC*, so early in the
day for Americans (5-7 San Francisco, 7-9 Chicago, 9-11 Argentina),
early afternoon for people in Europe (14-16 Paris CEST) and late in the
day for folks in Asia (Tokyo 21-23).
We will use Zoom for the meeting, please register in advance for the

You will be able to watch the talks before the meeting on either Youtube
or Youku. You will find the youtube links already below, the Youku links
will follow in a later email.
It will facilitate the discussions during the meeting if you submit your
questions before the meeting. You have different possibilities to do
this : a) you can use the comment section of Youtube or Youku for each
talk, which requires to log into Youtube or Youku. b) if you do not have
an account, you can also send your questions to

indicating the talk title for each question. c) to be able to continue
discussions after the meeting, we will also copy the questions into a

We will discuss the possible future use of Slack for communications
during the virtual meeting, and if there is a following, we might also
