We had some feedback, that the initially chosen time slots would involve
starting at 4 in the morning for some participants, so, after
discussions, we propose the following time slots, which makes it one
hour later in the evening for scientists in Japan :
San Francisco 5-7 Chicaco 7-9 Paris 14-16 Tokyo 21-23
