Hello everyone,
I apologize for the many emails you've received lately about the meeting
and the survey. We're still learning how to manage truly global meetings
and the technology that makes it all possible!
The link you have been receiving after you register provides an INCORRECT
time. We've attempted to fix this but the reported meeting time does not
seem to change.
So, to confirm the meeting time, please refer to the list below. We will
open the meeting as previously announced in messages from Oliver.
See you tomorrow!
Chuck

Hello,
Here is the link so that you can take the survey:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/67KMP36
Survey Introduction:
In preparation for our June 23 virtual meeting, we would like to ask you a
few basic questions:
What are your research interests?
Do you plan on participating in upcoming meetings in 2022?
How could the working group best engage you?
The survey should take you less than ten minutes to complete. Your
participation would greatly help us make more effective and engaging plans
for future activities.
Thank you!
Oliver, Chuck, and Keiko

Hello,
I seem to have sent out the survey in a manner that only allows a single
response per email address and I sent it to the list serv address.
Looks like Paul Manos was the first one to start the survey and all I see
are his responses.
I will follow this up with a weblink where you click and each person can
respond separately!!
Sorry!
Chuck

Dear colleagues,
as some of you have probably realized, the Zoom meeting is not defined
for the correct time slot, but this should not pose a big problem (other
than that automatic calendar registrations might me wrong) and might be
corrected later.
I would also like to add that you can share the meeting invitation and
thus the links to the youtube videos with colleagues from your lab,
however please do not publish them to a wider audience (e.g. websites).
best regards
Oliver Brendel
