Please, mark your calendars for this important Forest Genetics meeting.
The Western Forest Genetics Association (WFGA) and the Canadian Forest Genetics Association/ l’Association canadienne de génétique forestière (CFGA) cordially invite you to Forest Genetics 2023: Discovery & Innovation in Changing Climates to be held in Vernon, BC, July 10-14, 2023.
The Early Bird in-person Registration costs (regular and student) are available until May 18. The limited-seating pre-conference tree seed workshop and post-conference field trip incur additional expenses. Registration for live-streaming will begin at a later date.
Abstracts are still welcome and can be submitted until April 5. Prizes will be awarded for the best student (graduate and PhD candidate) oral and poster presentations.
Students enrolled in an undergraduate programme at a Canadian university who are interested in pursuing a Master's degree or a career in forest genetics are invited to apply for CFGA’s Travel Award by May 15.
