I am one of the co-organizers of a technical session on "Communicating Science Through Data Driven Story Telling" that will be held at the 2016 American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting on December 12-16, 2016 in San Francisco, California. Data driven story telling is changing the way we communicate and share science. In this session, we are seeking papers describing new ways of telling stories that are supported by rich digital and geospatial content.
