We are pleased to announce that an IUFRO conference will be held in
Bordeaux, France, from August 29 to September 1, 2023
on “Global challenges and innovative management of bark and
wood borers in planted forests”.
It will be jointly organized by the WP7.03.05 “Ecology and
management of bark and wood boring insects”, WP 7.03.07 “Population
dynamics of forest insects”, WP7.03.16 “Behavioral and Chemical
Ecology of Forest Insects”, and the Task Forces on “Precision Pest
Management in Forest Ecosystems” and “Resilient Planted Forests
Serving Society & Bioeconomy”.
