On behalf of the local arrangements team I would like to remind you of some important dates for the upcoming meeting of IUFRO Working Party 7.02.02 in Niagara Falls, Ontario, from May 7 – 11, 2017.

The meeting will take place at the Hilton Niagara Falls, Fallsview Hotel and Suites and they have provided a very, very reasonable rate to us for the nights of May 7 – 11. To secure the special conference rate, reservations must be made by April 7 and mention “IUFRO” to receive the special rate.

The meeting program for oral presentations is full; however, we would still like to receive abstracts for poster presentations and will take these up to March 24.

Please note that the early bird regular registration rate of $650.00 CAD, and the student rate of $325.00 CAD, close on Sunday, March 19.  On Monday, March 20, the rates will increase to the full registration fee of $750.00 CAD for regular attendance and $425.00 CAD for students.  Retiree and single day registrations are also available.  Registration can be paid right up to the beginning of the meeting.
