Dear All,

Postdoctoral and graduate student positions are available in the lab of Prof. Janice Cooke at the University of Alberta, Edmonton.

The project is focussed on understanding the genomics of lodgepole pine resistance to the pathogen Endocronartium harknessii, the causal agent of western gall rust.  The candidates will interact with a multidisciplinary project team that includes scientists in the Canadian Forest Service and collaborators in the Province of Alberta.

Please see the attached poster for more information.  Expressions of interest from potential graduate students will be received until January 11, 2019 and post-docs until February 28, 2019.

Regards, Janice and Tod
