USDA Forest Service, Northeastern Area,
Forest Health Protection is looking to fill a GS-0434-11/12 Plant Pathologist
position. This is a permanent position stationed at the Durham Field Office
in Durham, NH.
This employee will serve as part of
a team providing technical advice, assistance and guidance on various forest
health and forest pathology issues to state, tribal and federal cooperators
in New York and New England. The position combines technology transfer,
various field surveys and interactions with diverse stakeholders. This
is an exciting and challenging opportunity to provide leadership in the
coordination and development of a wide variety of new and existing forest
