The local arrangements committee for the upcoming meeting of working party IUFRO 7.02.02, would like to remind everyone that the special rate for accommodations at the Hilton Niagara Falls, Fallsview Hotel and Suites, will end on Friday of this week (April 7).  The hotel has provided a very competitive rate for the nights of May 7, 8, 9 and 10, but after April 7^th, the rate will increase substantially.  Reservations can be made over the telephone (1-866-873-9829) or via their e-mail address ecomm@fallshotels.com.  You need to mention IUFRO, or International Union of Forest Research Organizations, or the Canadian Institute of Forestry with the specific dates.  We have heard that there is some confusion when making the reservation, but they do have a special rate for us.
