Dear friends who had once or more times participated in IUFRO Research Group 9.06.00 Forest Law and Environmental Legislation meetings and activities,

I would like to thank those who were part of our last Symposium in October, 2025 in Brasov, Romania. Many compliments for excellent organization of the meeting to all organizational team of Transilvania University of Brasov, and especially to Bogdan Popa.

BUT…It is right time to make plans for next year!

I am pleased to inform you, that 21^st International Symposium on Legal aspects of European Forest Sustainable Development will take place in Sopron, Hungary September 29- October 1, 2026. University of Hungary, Faculty of Forestry, Institute of Natural Resources and Forest Management will be the host of our next meeting. Colleagues in Hungary are working on the draft of first announcement an it will reach you as soon as it is ready.

Now the main thing is to SAVE THE DATES and think over, what can be your contribution (presentation or poster) to share your experience in the Symposium next year.
