The IUFRO Division 8.01.04 "Hydrologic Processes and Water Quality" and Task Force "Forest-Water-Livilihood-Governance Nexus"  are going to hold a Workshop "Forest Hydrology: Past, Present and Future" on 20 March, 2026 in Concepcion, Chile (https://www.iufro.org/events/workshop-forest-hydrology-past-present-and-future). The workshop is hosted by our TF member Dr. Francisco Balocchi. 

It is right before the IUFRO DIV8 2026 Conference “Forests as hubs of biodiversity and ecosystem services in the Anthropocene” (24th-27th March 2026 in Coyhaique, Chile). If you plan to attend the Coyhaique conference, you are welcome to participate in the Workshop in  Concepcion.
