Subject: Update on special issues of the 4th International Conference on Forests and Water in a Changing Environment held July 2015 in Kelowna, Canada

Dear All Conference Participants,

Thank those who indicated to us for submitting manuscripts for consideration of a special issue in Ecohydrology. The attached file lists the manuscripts which are identified for submissions to Ecohydrology by Dec. 31, 2015.  For those manuscripts, a separate e-mail will be sent out soon to provide submission guidelines of Ecohydrology.

As mentioned in our previous emails, we have been exploring another journal for an additional special issue. Now I am so pleased to let you know that HESS (Hydrology and Earth System Sciences) has accepted our proposal. More importantly, manuscripts from all of the other themes and sessions not invited for Ecohydrology can be submitted to HESS given that they fit with the journal scope. I should mention that HESS is an open access journal with publishing charges (http://www.hydrology-and-earth-system-sciences.net/for_authors/article_processing_charges.html) and the impact factor is 3.535 in 2014.
