It is now official. A permanent position for a researcher in forest entomology will be opened in our department. INRAE* is looking for applicants with a background in plant-herbivore interactions (possibly integrating plant physical and chemical traits as well as plant microbiome) to study their implications for forest regeneration.

It is a two step process. 

• 1 step (right now!!) Applicants have up to March 5th to prepare a written report (CV  + 8-10 pages report + full text of up to 4 publications) in which they present their background and past research activities, and how these match with the required profile. 
• The second step (April 30th ± 1 to June 7th ± 7) will consist in an interview with an independent* panel during which shortlisted applicants will be asked to present a research project, in adequacy with the desired profile and integrated in our department.
