This is to inform you that registration and abstract submission are now open for:

IUFRO Working Party 7.02.01 "Root & Stem Rots" Conference - From genetics to wooded meadows

Uppsala and Visby, Sweden;  26 August - 1 September 2018; https://www.slu.se/iufro-rots2018

The Conference will start at SLU (The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) in Uppsala and then everyone will go by ferry to the island of Gotland to the medevial town Visby where the conference will continue.

The Conference will include both scientific sessions and field excursions.

Range of topics:

- Ash Dieback and Dutch Elm Disease

- Root and stem rots

- Aspects of tree breeding for resistance & propagation

- Biodiversity and Entomology (Emerald Ash Borer in Russia)

- Poster session and field excursions
