To all those who will be participating at the IUFRO Stockholm, please note that we have received confirmation for the all-Division meeting: Thursday (27 June 2024) evening from 18:00-20:00 (2h fixed slots). The room is not yet confirmed.

In our next email when the room is confirmed, we would also like to know your availability and interest to participate in the meeting (we will use Doodle) - so that a tentative meeting schedule can be prepared.

I copy-pasted the below message from the IUFRO HQ

Thank you for indicating your interest in holding your all-Division meetings on the sidelines of the World Congress 2024, including the estimated number of participants.

This is to confirm that we have blocked Thursday (27 June 2024) evening from 18:00-20:00 (2h fixed slots) for these all-Division meetings. There are no other unit meetings taking place at the same date and time, and the scientific programme has ended by then.

The exact rooms will be allocated to you in due course and we will inform you about the room numbers/names accordingly.

Please also note that all the meeting rooms come with a screen for showing slides if wished so, plus microphones and speaker system. The rooms are NOT equipped with full hybrid technology!
