New Year Greetings !!

I am pleased to inform that the 4th World Teak Conference 2022 with the theme " Global Teak Market: Challenges and Opportunities for Emerging Markets and Developing Economies" is scheduled to take place in Accra, Ghana from 05-08 September 2022 at the venue Hotel Kempinski. The conference is being jointly organized by the Forestry Commission of Ghana (FC),  the International Teak Information Network (TEAKNET) in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations,  the International Tropical Timber Organization and the IUFRO-Teak Working Party (Div 5.06.02). Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the event was rescheduled from 2020 and we anticipate the global pandemic situation will subside by the time of conference in September 2022.

Please mark the date of the World Teak Conference on your calendar. The 1st announcement is attached for your reference. We warmly invite you all to take part in this global event and appreciate circulating it widely through our Division 5 network.
