Dear Colleagues,

This is the first announcement of  the 11th edition of the International Conference “Wood Science and Engineering in the Third
Millennium” – ICWSE 2017, which will be organized by the Transilvania University - Faculty of Wood Engineering, in Brasov,
Romania, between 02 – 04 November 2017.

All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed. The papers accepted for oral presentation will be published (full online access) in a special
edition of PRO LIGNO - scientific journal in the field of wood engineering, indexed by CABI, EBSCO and DOAJ (http://www.proligno.ro/en).
All papers (oral presentations and posters) will be published in the Conference Proceedings (handed over to each participant in printed
form and on USB stick).

The deadline for the pre-registration of participants and paper titles is 15th of February 2017 (the Pre-Registration Form is available on
the conference website under the heading “Important deadlines”).
Full-papers are expected no later than 15th of March 2017.
