We would like to remind you that the deadline for pre-registration for the the 12^th edition of the International Conference “Wood Science and Engineering in the Third Millennium” – ICWSE 2019, is February 15, 2019. You are warmly invited to submit your intention to participate to this upcoming event.

The conference is organized by the Transilvania University - Faculty of Wood Engineering, in Brasov, Romania, between 07 – 09 November 2019.

Deadlines

15 February            Pre-registration of participants and paper title   

30 June                  Sending of papers (formatted according to the Paper Guidelines)     

1 - 30 July               Peer review   

31 July                    Notification of authors regarding the review result

1 - 15 September    Paper revision by authors and submission of the revised version

30 September                   Online display of final conference program

 

All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed. The papers which are not accepted for oral presentation will be included in the poster session. All contributions (papers and posters) will be included as full-text articles in the Conference proceedings (printed and in electronic format on USB stick). A selection of papers accepted for oral presentation will be published on-line in a special edition of PRO LIGNO - scientific journal in the field of wood engineering, indexed by CABI, EBSCO and DOAJ (http://www.proligno.ro/en).

 

As in previous editions, we will try to keep the conference fee as low as 250 euro, which includes the conference kit, admittance to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail and banquet.
