Imagineer is the brains behind Bridge2Bamboo, an ambitious large scale participatory public art, sustainable architecture, engineering and performance project. Bridge2Bamboo aims to bring together people who wouldn’t normally meet, bridging geographic, cultural and social divides through creative exchange and collaboration around the provocation that ‘bamboo is the future sustainable building material for the planet’.

For the Imagine Bamboo Summit 2022, they worked in partnership with Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Cultural Festival team and invited  artists, designers, makers and communities in Birmingham UK to connect and collaborate with artists, designers, engineers, craftspeople from bamboo growing Commonwealth nations. WBO designated this event with the special designation of World Bamboo Landmark event, as WBO Ambassadors Rebecca Reubens, Bernice Dapaah, Jed Long, and Hans Friederich participated.
