TRACE 2013, organized in conjunction with the Association for Tree-ring Research (ATR, www.tree-ring.org), seeks to strengthen the network and scientific exchange of scientists and students involved in the study of tree-rings. It aims at presenting and discussing new discoveries and approaches in the wide field of tree-ring science. The scope of the meeting includes all fields of dendrochronology, such as tree-rings in archaeology, climate, geomorphology, glaciology, fire history, forest dynamics, hydrology, physiology, and stable isotopes.
