Dear Participants of the 7th IUFRO 2.09.02 conference in Harbin (China),

As with previous conferences and as announced during the 2.09.02 Business meeting, an Editorial Committee consisting of members of the IUFRO Coordination team (P. Moncaleán, Jorge Canhoto and Junjui Wang) and Conference Organizing Committee (J. Krajňáková, H. Shen, S. Correia, J. Canhoto, S. Sharry) will manage the production (review and layout) and edition of the Conference Proceedings by the end of 2026 in the form of an online IUFRO publication (https://www.iufro.org/) at the dedicated IUFRO 2.09.02 Publications and References, IUFRO Proceedings Archive, and browsable On-Line Library IUFRO webpages.

IUFRO is a world-renowned, non-profit network of scientists promoting forest-related science towards a sustainable future of forests and society. With representatives in 115 countries and high-performance communication channels (website, newsletter, social media, press release …), IUFRO ensure open, charge-free, and unlimited access to scientific publications with excellent visibility among scientific communities and other stakeholders interested in “Interconnecting Forests, Science and People” (IUFRO slogan).

We will accept as usual i) extended abstracts, and updated versions of ii) short abstracts.

Considering that IUFRO 2.09.02 Proceedings are frequently cited and that the Book of abstracts distributed during the conference will be published at the same time, we strongly encourage presenters to submit a full-length paper of their keynote, oral and/or poster presentation(s) or at least an extended abstract.

Deadline
