Please be informed that Genome Canada is planning to launch a Funding Opportunity this June for large-scale applied research projects entitled “Natural Resources and the Environment: Sector Challenges – Genomic Solutions”. Projects considering genomic solutions to increase forest productivity and sustainability are eligible in this competition. Those interested in applying should contact one of the regional Genome Centres (http://www.genomecanada.ca/en/centres/), who are there to assist applicants through the application process.
