Dear Colleagues of IUFRO Division 2 and IUFRO 2.09.02 Unit,
Pr. Stéphane Maury (University of Orléans, France) communicated to me that a PhD position is now opened at the Laboratory
of Woody Plants and Crops Biology (LBLGC) to develop a project about the “Role of epigenetics in phenotypic plasticity and adaptation in the model tree poplar in a context of climate change” with a focus on diversity within natural populations and plasticity
in response to drought.
The PhD project will be carried out in Orléans as part of the
EPITREE project (2018-2021). The position is already secured through a fellowship grant from the Region “Centre Val de Loire”, France.
