The third TEAMING UP 4 FORESTS Think Tank meeting, hosted by IUFRO and Mondi, was held in Vienna on 15-16 June 2023. It brought together over 40 representatives from science, business and other stakeholders to discuss the challenges of climate change facing pan-European forests, and jointly identify solutions and response measures. After a virtual workshop in 2022, educators from Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Thailand met in Dehradun, India, in 2023 to continue the discussion about current natural resources management education in view of the increasing demand for knowledge and expertise in landscape restoration. The hybrid meeting held in Birštonas, Lithuania, attracted 96 participants on site and 32 online.
