I'm happy to inform all of you that the GFIS team has actively communicated with passive current information providers (=not yet created their RSS feeds and linked to GFIS) and with potential new information provider partners (=forest organizations which have RSS feeds on their web site but not yet become a GFIS partner), and that commincation has been quite succesful, because GFIS has got new partners/content recently e.g. http://www.forestrynepal.org/, http://www.skogssverige.se/, http://www.cfa-international.org/, http://www.mongabay.com/ and http://www.engineeringnews.co.za/ Re: "the plan to have an aggregated feed from" . The GFIS entry page will be renewed by end of September. Then users can customize the entry page e.g. selecting interface/content language and information (news, events, publications etc) which they want to follow via GFIS (like BBC has implemented its entry page at http://www.bbc.co.uk/) . The new entry page will contain also aggregated feeds from GFIS. Do you have any suggestions for categories e.g. most viewed information, latest news etc.?
